Automotive Maintenance Technician Programs

This program gives an overview of essential servicing techniques including the testing, repairing and rebuilding of basic automotive systems. Graduates of this program have the skills necessary for entry-level employment at automotive repair facilities and retail service centers, or pursue diplomas or Associate of Applied Science degrees in two-year automotive programs. Special emphasis is placed on mechanical relationships and basic engine performance. Students will be able to apply the techniques learned in lecture in an automotive shop laboratory setting.
