Statement from System President Foy on Amendment to Assembly Bill 2 Delayed
MADISON – On behalf of the Wisconsin Technical College System Board and our 16 local colleges, I want to express our appreciation to the Assembly for reconsidering AB 2 as amended, which proposed eliminating the technical college operating levy. Local buy-in and support is essential to the success of Wisconsin’s technical colleges, and it warrants further discussion from our state’s policy leaders.
